Setting up dFox
dFox can be effectively deployed in your organization in four simple steps.

1. Build your network
dFox establishes a common digital network between your company, your suppliers and your partners.

  • Crate the organizational structure that fits your needs into dFox by creating the various organizational units and sub-units and then adding the users within each unit.
  • Grant controlled access to your external suppliers (print organization, design organization) and grant them access to restricted areas.

2. Organize your resources

  • Upload images, logos, backgrounds, etc. into dFox archives in a structured format to suit your needs
  • Upload originals in various formats into the originals archive for timely access

3. Create dFox Dynamic Documents

  • Existing documents (collateral, adverts) that are still in use in various forms within your organization can now be built in dFox
  • New layouts and elements are stored in dFox as they are created by your internal designers or your advertising agency.

4. Grant controlled Access
